Jewellace is a cottage industry of the 21st century - based in Cheshire, England we celebrate the handicrafts of over a thousand years.
The gift ware and embellishments in our online shops have all been created in Cheshire, in the Jewellace workroom.
Items are created using ancient techniques and the minimum of mechanisation. Needle lace, bobbin lace, filet brodé, netting and Teneriffe lace all feature strongly in our designs. Our range of historically inspired creations is growing.
We also offer a small range of antique beads and modern Venetian blown and “lace” beads. Purchases of all our beads are sporadic. So we offer links to other interesting suppliers of similar beads, craftwork, suppliers and guilds/societies.
